There will be no spelling test the week of November 17-21 due to
book reports and end of the theme testing in reading.
Spelling Weekly spelling tests are given in third grade. These tests focus on a specific spelling pattern and are worked
on in class during the week. Your child will soon begin studying the spelling words for weeks 13-17. These words are provided
at the end of this page. To help your child practice spelling, you may want to spend time nightly practicing some of these
words. Spelling tests are taken weekly on Friday. If the week is short, the test will be on Thursday.
